Hill Partnerships has an experienced team who work with our clients, residents and the local community to ensure that we address their individual needs and requirements. We tailor our approach for each client ensuring that we deliver to the standards set out in our customer care policy.
Having work done in and around your home is disruptive and we work hard to make sure that everyone knows what is happening and that disruption is minimal. Often our approach involves consultation with local residents and input from individuals. At the same time we try to work closely with the local community, promoting local labour opportunities and careers for young people.
Once a project is complete our dedicated customer care team, who are also responsible for ensuring any defects are promptly rectified will work closely with the relevant contract manager to ensure the contract is completed to the satisfaction of everyone.
