Hill Partnerships

Hill Partnerships are developing a site in Waltham Abbey for their new head quarters building, converting original industrial buildings that were part of the Royal Gunpowder Mills factory.

The fabulous industrial buildings are being converted to a design by Pollard Thomas Edwards and will provide a C21st office complex for the company. The 3500m2 building overlooks the canal and the River Lea. The project will start on site in January 2008.
The original buildings will be complemented by a striking new building, complementing the original spaces.
