Joint Venture project for central Chelmsford
Hill Partnerships has secured a significant new development opportunity in Chelmsford with Genesis Housing Group which will be developed as a joint venture.
The 3.4 hectare site is located in the heart of the town centre and benefits from planning permission to build around 700 new private and affordable homes as well as office, retail, arts uses and public open space. Jamie Hunter, Hill Partnerships’ Development Director, commented “The successful bid was put together in just six weeks and demonstrates the excellent working relationship we have with Genesis. This has stemmed from working together on other joint venture projects, such as Ridgemond Park, and from being part of Logic Homes. We are all extremely excited about the future plans for the Chelmsford project.”
