Hill Partnerships

As part of an overall £9.6m Estate Regeneration programme in Tower Hamlets, Hill Partnerships Ltd proposed strategy to the Client for building 6 large family houses on the site of a demolished block of maisonettes. The Client benefited from the fact we already had a substantial production set up on site thereby reducing the costs of preliminaries associated with this new build modular project.

The site was extremely confined and close to a busy highway and would have been challenging to build utilising traditional methods. However the use of modular technology reduced the risks associated with this city centre site and the project was completed within 20 weeks, including piled foundations. These houses were the first three storey dwellings manufactured by Elliott Group and were clad utilising a terracotta rain screen system and insulated render.
