Hill Partnerships

Hill Partnerships Ltd has completed the design and construction of 23 modular flats for Town and Country Housing Group. The end users are homeless families whose tenure will be of a temporary nature. The dwellings, have been designed to look like traditional brick built homes and were constructed and manufactured by Rollalong Ltd.

Commencing on site in August 2004, this scheme was completed in April 2005, representing a significant reduction in the construction period, thereby permitting the local authority to house a number of families considerably earlier than would have been the case, had the scheme been constructed traditionally.

The team have had to deal with a number of site related abnormalities including sewer diversions, demolition and deep bore soakaways, all prior to the delivery of the modules.
