We are a founder member of Logic Homes, one of four constructors who are working with Genesis Housing Group and Presentation. Logic Homes is a development agency specialising in the delivery of mixed tenure housing, using a unique alliance approach to provide quality and value for money.

Additionally we are working in East Anglia as one of the two constructors members of Procure East. Five housing organisations have joined forces to invest in modern methods of construction that will deliver cost savings, reduce waste and speed up construction times across their developments in the East of England. The housing associations are working with us to double their development programmes in the region.
