About Us

Hill Partnerships operates in the affordable housing sector where we are confident in our abilities to add real value and provide unrivalled service. Our primary focus is on the delivery of homes; new build, estate regeneration projects and refurbishment/decent homes schemes. We have developed significant expertise, utilising our technical knowledge and our experience of modern methods of construction, to deliver tailored projects to meet individual clients' requirements.

Hill Partnerships was formed in the summer of 1999. Having grown significantly in activity since our inception seven years ago, turnover for the group, which includes our sister development company, Hill Residential, will be in the region of £100m in our current financial year. We currently employ over 100 staff in our offices in Chingford, Bicester, Cambridge and Kings Lynn.

We cover a wide geographic spread, serving East Anglia through our regional office in Kings Lynn, working in London and the south east from our head office at Chingford, and delivering projects in west London and the Midlands supported from our Bicester office.
